How to create New Financial Year 2025-2026 in Marg ERP?
Taking Backup is Most important thing before proceeding for the New Financial Year Process. Make sure you have taken the latest backup and Perform Error Checking in the New Financial year before start working.
* Always Create New Financial Year From Main PC / Server Only, Never try to do from the LAN / Node PCs.
* Exit from Server.exe (The Autobackup system)
* Exit from Marg ERP from all nodes (LAN/Users) in a multi-user environment.
Step 1) Exit from Server.exe (The Autobackup system)
Step 2) If using morethan one user then close all other users except the Main PC / Server.
Step 3) Take Backup of the Current Year.
Step 4) Run Error Checking before Proceeding to New Financial Year Creation.
Step 5) Select the Company from List of Companies and press Enter or F8
Step 6) Select New Financial Year from the Menu (Option E)
Step 7) Click on ACCEPT
Step 8) In the window where it is asking Shall I Proceed , Click on YES
Step 9) Press PAGE DOWN key to create Financial Year.
